Each letter is replaced by another letter, consistently.

↳ How to solve it

Start with the red hints. Type each one in — it copies to every cell sharing that code, so the message lights up.
Crack the tiny words. A one-letter word is almost always A or I. Common two-letter words: OF, TO, IN, IS, IT.
Hunt for THE. It's the commonest three-letter word — if a three-letter group repeats, try THE.
Use letter frequency. The code letter you see most is probably E, then T, A, O and N.
Spot double letters. The same code twice in a row is usually LL, EE, SS, OO or TT.
Read the endings. Look for -ING, -ED, -LY; a letter just after an apostrophe is nearly always T or S.
Fill, then sanity-check. Each letter reveals more — if a word reads oddly, change it. Stuck? Tap Hint letter.
